Content Note: Transcript of a video recording. Izac was a member of the Naval Affairs Committee in 1945. He served on the congressional committee requested by General Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1945 to visit several concentration camps shortly after their liberation. As a member of that committee, he visited Dachau, Buchenwald and Nordhausen. Location of interview: Bethesda, Mayland.
