Content Note: Transcript of a "Witness to the Holocaust" television series interview (6/4/79). The interview was transcribed as part of the International Liberators Conference. Lafoon served with the 45th Field Hospital. Spruill served with the 191st Tank Battalion in support of a regiment of the 42nd Infantry Division. Both witnessed the liberation of Dachau. Location of interview: Atlanta, Georgia.
